Today’s Meditation Leader:
Rev. Crystal Muldrow is has been a unwavering supporter for the Albany Peace Project since she moved to Albany to become the senior minister of Unity Church in January 2016. Her Sunday sermons are lively and enthusiastic as she passionately encourages people to let go of their insecurities to live their truth. You can listen to one of her inspiring sermons in the link below this section.
In addition to being a Unity minister, which is often referred to as “practical Christianity” she is twice ordained as a Zen Buddhist monk: bodhisattva and bhiksuni, and has served as a dharma teacher for Dharmakaya Buddhist Association in Kansas City, MO.

On behalf of the people of the south end of Albany, NY, thank you for your participation in the Albany 2019 Peace Project.
The meditation link will connect you to a meditation that follows the Resonant Peaceful Cities Project Intentional Coherence Meditation Protocol.
It would be best if you could do the meditation at 7:00 AM, 12:00 Noon, or 7:00 PM EST, however any time you can do do the meditation that is convenient for you will work also.
We suggest completing the 2019 Peace Project Happiness survey today, and take the survey again after you complete the meditation on Friday. It will give you tangible feedback about how intentional coherence based meditation may be able to significantly influence your happiness baseline in only seven days.
If you complete both surveys in a timely manner, you receive 2o% off a epsom bath float at Requiescent.com.
