6.19 – Day 1 – Why Is The Meditation Music So Good?

Day 1 – Please click the link above for Juneteenth Meditation.
Hi Everybody,
Thank you for being with us today.
Due to the turmoil in the news, we felt it was imperative to offer a peace project as soon as possible because many of us have been sitting on the sidelines wanting to offer greater support.  Within less than three weeks, we created a Peace Project in honor of Juneteenth, which celebrates the day in 1865 when all African Americans were notified they were freed from slavery.
If you have never offered intentions for peace with a group of others, you are in for a great experience.  We encourage you to sit and listen to the meditation once a day at 7:00, 12:00, or 7:00 PM EST to feel the group meditation effect.  If you can’t meditate at those times, please meditate at a time that works for you.
We are confident that if you practice this meditation for 8 days in a row, your mood will lift significantly.  To measure that, be sure to take our Healing and Happiness Survey,  We will send you a closing survey at the end of the peace project to measure changes.
This peace project has been a labor of love, and it has been an amazing experience to work with so many great people.
Please view my interview with Robert Holbrook, Director of Innovation at the Monroe Insitute who has offered consistent support.   Bob is the sound engineer of the Institute’s cutting edge Monroe Audio Support.
