Good Morning! I hope you have enjoyed your first week. Have you noticed any differences in your life?
We have plenty more inspiring leaders on deck. So stay tuned…
Thanks to everyone who is forwarding videos…that is how we grow. So I wanted you to know how much we greatly appreciate your efforts.
What can I say about todays meditation leader, Kim Beekman?? Well, you will see….She is spontaneous, funny, and extremely passionate about both becoming more conscious herself, and inspiring others through love and compassion to break free from limiting thought patterns. Her work encourages all of us to infiltrate the power of skilled meditation into our entire lives in a manner that cleanses and purifes the lower mind, which as she says, “enLIGHTens” us to experience more joy! Sounds good to me!
Kim Beekman is a 200hr certified, fully-insured, Yoga Instructor. With over 10 years practicing Yoga, Kim trained with Gopi Kinicutt in the Prana Yoga Flow and Bhakti Yoga traditions. Her Asana (physical) yoga practice is a beautiful balance of Pranayama (breathwork), Meditation, and invigorating and restorative postures. She encourages students by teaching self-compassion, safety in postures, and self-awareness. Kim’s experience includes teaching Yoga and Meditation at Center for Internet Security (CIS), SGS Telcom, Skidmore College, YMCA Saratoga Springs Wilton, Waldorf School of Saratoga Springs, and McMurry/TMG corporation.
Kim is an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, certified by the Sivananda Ashram under the curriculum of Dr. David Frawley. She conducts one-on-one consultations to private clients and also teaches Ayurveda in the community.
