Take the Happiness Challenge!  Commit to meditating for peace 7 days in August 2019 to experience how happy you can be!

For the 2019 Albany Peace Project we are requesting for 120 people to commit to meditating for 15 minutes once a day at one of these times:   7:00 AM, 12:00 Noon or 7:00 PM EST for seven days during August 3-9 2019.

This type of research needs people just like you to participate so that we can start documenting the power of a collective thought for peace.

We can no longer let others determine the future of our children.  Come join us in a group joint decision for peace. Community Peace Research needs you.

We will also be collecting data on how intentional coherence meditation significantly increases people’s happiness levels.
