>As founder of the Global Peaceful Cities Project, (formerly the Albany Peace Project), I feel that Spirit has gone out of it’s way to put me through my paces regarding living by intention.  It makes sense that if I am running research studies on intention, I would need to know it’s subtleties.  I have never been one who was easily pacified with new age assumptions, which is why I launched this pioneering research project.  I have often challenged practitioners and myself with tough questions, not to be difficult, but because I need answers that have substance.  In this talk I will discuss how I have answered my own challenging questions of why it is important to live with intention, and how prayer works.  We will discuss that these disciplines are not so effective necessarily because they change things outside of us…but because they change us.  Prayer and intention changes our energetic fields, which means that after completing intentions or prayers we are able to access different potentials that were before eclipsed in our unconscious state.  written by, Bethany Gonyea

In this talk, we are blessed to have Positive Genre Music Award Winner, Mark Shepard share with us his powerfully inspiring music.  He will accompany us into a powerful intentional meditation where you can practice the “sweet spot” of sending/receiving a well prepared intention.
