Albany Peace Project Founder Bethany Gonyea got all fired up and passionate about the Albany Peace Project. I couldn’t help but be deeply moved and inspired by her commitment to walking her talk and making this research a priority. Inspired by her words and ideas I penned this song called “Be The Change (You Want To See In The World)”

The Project kicks of January 1st, 2014 with a group of people focusing their thoughts and intentions on increasing the peace in downtown Albany NY. I felt it was important for me to be involved with this because Everything I practice and teach is built on the foundation that our thoughts have power to influence our personally reality. The very fact that after 35 years of struggling to master my own mind and thinking, I’m still writing and recording the “results of my thoughts” in a form called “songs” is significant… If our thoughts create our own personal reality, what happens when we join our thoughts together with a powerful and positive intention?
