Do you ever watch the news and feel powerless? Have you noticed those feelings of powerlessness subsiding this month?
I would not be surprised, because confidence and empowerment are positive benefits of doing this kind of work. As we are willing to be accountable to our meditation practice and have our efforts measured, we no longer feel so much like depressed bystanders as we watch the news. We know we are becoming part of a solution, which renews, restores and reinvigorates our zest for life.
What is so elegant about this work is that people from all walks of life are able to side step religious differences, financial limitations, and political orientations and allow their minds to merge on a common result, peace. Through this common contemplation, we pave the way for greater creativity and intelligence to emerge. How else will peace happen, unless we are willing to make space in our minds to contemplate it?
I would like to thank Kirk Harbinger again for his passion to be sure the larger vision of the Albany Peace Project and Numinous were expressed. His insight and foresight were invaluable.

I am extremely happy to say, that since this video was recorded (11.30.14) thanks to Beth Sutor, we have made amazing strides toward getting meditation into area school districts. Thank you Beth!
