In today’s interview, you get to meet Deb Foss. Deb has been practicing meditation for decades and has had the unique opportunity to live at Kripalu Yoga Center in Stockbridge, MA for ten years where she had the opportunity to study with some of the cutting edge leaders in mind-body science. During that time she became certified in yoga, and a powerful healing tool known as Body Dialogue.
Deb came to this interview with a grin on her face, as she told me how she was able to help two people in her daily life experience meditation for the first time.
