6.20 – Day 2 – Meditation, Near Death Experiences, and Unity Consciousness – Fun!

Day 2 – Please click the link above for Juneteenth Meditation.

Welcome Everyone,

I hope you are enjoying the lift of tuning your nervous system to the highest and best within you!

Understand that your nervous system is like a finely tuned instrument.  There is a whole symphony orchestra under your nose.  As we learn to use meditation to become a skilled conductor of our nervous system, we learn to tune ourselves to play the beautiful music of our being.  This increase in personal presence reminds us each day of the gift this life actually is. It is my passion to help people remember their beauty.

You see, when we take our last breath in this life, and transition to the next, people who have had near-death experiences report that all our angst disappears and all we have is gratitude for this life.  We will experience gratitude for all the joys and sorrows.  Today’s guest joins with me when he says, “Why wait?”  We can use meditation to experience these sublime states now!

Today’s guest is someone who knows this beauty and lives it well.  Dr. Scott Taylor, EdD, is a near-death researcher and President and Executive Director of the Monroe Institute based in the beautiful blue ridge mountains of Virginia with multiple locations around the globe.

I hope you enjoy our conversation.  I know I did!

Enjoy your day,  Bethany
